The event was held in the presence of local elected officials, including borough mayor Alan DeSousa and councilors Francesco Miele and Jacques Cohen, members of management, employees, and Groupe Montclair partners, Groupe Mach\u2019s Pierre-Jacques Lefaivre, and Patrice Bourbonnais and Tom Arseneault of GROUPE PETRA.<\/p>\n

Groupe Montclair is pleased to kick off construction, which is expected to run through spring 2020 when the condos are delivered.<\/p>\n

This third phase of the innovative mixed-use project in Bois-Franc features an innovative concept with modern residential units and commercial units on the ground floor, providing condo owners with access to a range of essentials services.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe WR3\u2019s ideal location across from the future Bois-Franc REM (R\u00e9seau express m\u00e9tropolitain) station is certainly a major advantage, combined with Bois-Franc\u2019s exceptional living environment and easy access to shops,\u201d said Montclair sales and marketing director Nicolas Galardo. The 55-unit project has met with tremendous success since its launch in November, with more than 50% of the units already sold.<\/p>\n

The builder is pursuing LEED Silver certification, with careful attention to the ecological footprint of the building materials used. The Bois-Franc neighborhood is considered an ecological community where the environment, health, and residents\u2019 quality of life come first. These priorities guide Groupe Montclair in planning, designing, and building its projects, including the WR3.<\/p>\n
